Role Overview
Fast Style Limited is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support logistics, fulfilment, and distribution operations. This role is based in fast-paced warehouse environments and is suited to individuals who are reliable, physically capable, and able to work accurately under time pressure.
Assignments may include short-term cover, peak-period support, or longer-term placements depending on operational demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely
- Operating basic warehouse equipment
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
- Adhering to health and safety and manual handling procedures
- Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
Compliance & Onboarding Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties
- Willingness to complete health and safety induction
- Forklift or warehouse licences (desirable but not essential)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights where required
