Role Overview
Fast Style Limited is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Tradespeople to support construction development projects, including residential builds, refurbishments, and phased commercial developments. This role requires versatility, professionalism, and the ability to work across different stages of a project lifecycle.
Assignments may include new build support, refurbishment works, snagging, or final fit-off phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out trade-specific tasks such as carpentry, drylining, basic plumbing, or finishing works
- Supporting refurbishment and upgrade works on occupied or vacant properties
- Completing tasks to specification and quality standards
- Working collaboratively with site managers and other trades
- Maintaining tools, materials, and work areas safely
Compliance & Onboarding Requirements
- Proven experience in one or more recognised trades
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (where applicable)
- Right to work in the UK
- CSCS card or equivalent (site dependent)
- Own tools preferred (depending on role and site)
