Role Overview
Fast Style Limited is recruiting Construction Site Operatives to support main contractors and specialist subcontractors on active construction projects. This role is suited to individuals who understand site environments and can work safely, reliably, and productively as part of a wider site team.
You will be working on live construction sites where adherence to health and safety procedures is essential. Assignments may vary from short-term cover to longer project-based placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled trades including carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, and groundworkers
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site
- Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation in line with site standards
- Supporting supervisors and foremen with general site tasks
- Following method statements, risk assessments, and site inductions
- Ensuring PPE is worn correctly at all times
Compliance & Onboarding Requirements
- Valid Right to Work in the UK (mandatory)
- CSCS Card (required on most sites)
- Ability to complete a site induction and health & safety briefing
- Basic PPE: safety boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat
- Willingness to comply with site drug and alcohol policies where applicable
