Role Overview
Fast Style Limited is recruiting Commercial Fit-Out Operatives to support office and retail refurbishment projects. These environments are fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring reliability and a professional approach.
This role supports fit-out teams during installation, refurbishment, and final handover stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting trades during installation and fit-out works
- Preparing work areas and handling materials
- Supporting snagging and finishing stages
- Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation
- Working in line with project schedules and deadlines
Compliance & Onboarding Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous fit-out, refurbishment, or construction experience preferred
- CSCS card (where required by site)
- Basic PPE (safety boots, hi-vis, hard hat)
- Ability to follow site health and safety procedures
