Role Overview
Fast Style Limited is recruiting Demolition Operatives to support controlled demolition and strip-out projects. This role involves working in safety-critical environments and requires strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
You will be part of a team carrying out planned demolition activities under supervision, often on time-sensitive projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting demolition teams with soft strip and structural works
- Manual handling and controlled removal of materials
- Maintaining clean and safe working zones
- Following supervisor instructions and demolition plans
- Observing all safety barriers, exclusion zones, and PPE requirements
Compliance & Onboarding Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- CCDO card (required on many demolition sites)
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Willingness to complete site-specific safety briefings
